What happens after I place my order?
After we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail. This means we have received your order and it will be processed.
We are committed to have your order delivered to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Shipping is always free of charge.
The products are delivered by UPS from Monday to Friday during office hours only.
Always choose an address where someone is available to collect the package. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception area, please also indicate the name of the contact person.

It is important that you know when to expect your order. You will be sent an e-mail by UPS as soon as your order has been dispatched. You can follow your parcel with the tracking number provided in the confirmation e-mail.
If you refuse to accept the delivery from UPS, then you, as the customer, are responsible for all associated costs.
What if I don’t receive my order on time or my product is damaged during transportation?
If any issue occurs with the delivery of the goods such as your order not delivered within the specified period, or possible damage of the product during transportation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve this as soon as possible.
Transport damages must immediately be reported to us at email@example.com.
All relevant customs taxes and duties in the country of destination have to be paid by receiver’s own expense. The recipient alone is fully responsible for payment of any fees or duties generated by its purchase. The rules for importing goods may vary per country.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you a 14 days return service free of charge, from the date that your order was delivered. If more than 14 days have gone by since the date your order was received, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
However all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.
The following deductions will apply to damaged or missing components:
- Damaged packaging – refund minus €25
- Missing accessory – refund minus €25
- Missing cable/plug – refund minus €15 (per item)
- Missing manual – refund minus €10
- Damaged product – no refund
If your product meets the conditions required for a return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you return your products. We will be glad to further assist you and register your return.
Note for customers who live outside EU:
Customers outside EU will also receive an “Export invoice for returned goods”, which will automatically be added to your return form. Please hand this over to the UPS driver.

How will I get refunded?
Your returned item order will be processed within one to three working days after we have received it. As soon as your return returned order has been checked and accepted we will refund your money. It may take a few working days for your bank to process this transaction. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
We are able to process your returns and refund you only when the order item(s) is returned to us in saleable condition, in its original packaging and in a sturdy return box. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show usage or other damage inflicted by the customer.

All prices are shown in euros and including 21% VAT.
Countries outside the EU do not pay VAT.
All relevant customs and duties in the country of destination have to be paid at the receiver’s own expense.
